Level 3 cartoonists have at least 3 years experience and expert level skills in translation of artworks into design packages. Their sketching is also expert level. From these cartoonists, the cartoons are extremely high-end and even ready to produce high level animations.

With at least 5 years experience in drawing, they also have 2+ years experience in animation, these cartoonists are very professional and career orientated. These professionals will have extensive knowledge of Photoshop and flash and can produce high level animations, as per level 3, but more polished.
